Title: Vanilla Walnut Coffee Cake

| 1 | c | Milk |
| 3 | tb | Butter |
| 1/4 | c | Honey |
| 2 1/4 | c | Bread flour |
| 1 | ts | Salt |
| 1 1/2 | ts | Vanilla extract |
| 2 | | Eggs |
| 1 | | Egg yolk |
| 2 1/2 | ts | Yeast |
| 3 | tb | Brown sugar |
| 3/4 | c | Chopped walnuts |
Scald the milk. Stir in the butter and honey and let cool to room temp. Add
the milk mixture and all remaining ingredients exept the brown sugar and
walnuts in the order suggested by your bread machine. At the beep , add the
brown sugar and the walnuts.
